  1. Nature of Services

Dial Doctor Healthcare Consultant provides healthcare support services including:

  • Connecting patients with qualified doctors
  • Telephonic or online medical consultations
  • Appointment booking assistance
  • Basic health guidance and information
  • Dial Doctor acts only as a facilitator between patients and doctors and does not provide direct medical treatment.
  1. Patient Responsibilities

Patients using our services agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete personal and medical information
  • Share correct symptoms, history, and reports with the doctor
  • Follow medical advice responsibly
  • Seek emergency care when required
  • Providing false or misleading information may affect the quality of medical advice.
  1. Not for Emergency Situations

Dial Doctor services are not intended for medical emergencies.

In case of emergency situations such as severe injury, chest pain, breathing difficulty, or life-threatening conditions, patients should immediately contact local emergency services or visit the nearest hospital.

  1. Doctor Consultation
  • All consultations are provided by independent registered medical practitioners.
  • The doctor is solely responsible for medical advice, diagnosis, and treatment.
  • Dial Doctor does not guarantee any specific medical outcome.
  1. Medical Records
  • Patients may share medical reports, prescriptions, or diagnostic results during consultation.
  • By sharing these records, patients consent to their use for the purpose of medical consultation and treatment.
  • Dial Doctor will maintain confidentiality of such information according to its Privacy Policy.
  1. Payments and Fees

Patients agree that:

  • Consultation fees must be paid as communicated before or during booking.
  • Fees may vary depending on doctor, specialization, or consultation type.
  • Fees once paid may not be refundable except under specific circumstances decided by Dial Doctor.
  1. Appointment Scheduling

Dial Doctor will try to arrange consultations according to patient preferences; however:

  • Exact timing depends on doctor availability.
  • Appointments may occasionally be rescheduled due to unavoidable circumstances.
  • Patients will be informed in advance whenever possible.
  1. Limitation of Liability

Dial Doctor Healthcare Consultant shall not be liable for:

  • Any medical decisions made by the consulting doctor
  • Outcomes of treatment or medication
  • Patient misuse of medical advice
  • Technical interruptions during online consultations
  1. Patient Conduct

Patients must not:

  • Abuse, threaten, or harass doctors or staff
  • Share false medical information intentionally
  • Record or misuse consultation content without permission
  • Violation may result in suspension of services.
  1. Privacy and Confidentiality

Patient personal and medical information will be handled in accordance with the Dial Doctor Privacy Policy. All consultations and medical information will be treated confidentially.

Dial Doctor reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be published on the official platform or communicated to users.

  1. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts.
